A Prayer Against Sadness
Peaceful, Loving Father, I humbly ask that you heal this ache in my heart, Oh Lord. Allow me to find that joy that I once knew. The sadness of my heart consumes me but I will not give in, for I am stronger than the mind games the devil tries to play on me.
Psalm 107:19-20 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Psalms 30:2 O LORD my God, I cried unto you, and you has healed me.

I will not give up
Even though I am hurt and the pain lingers on each day, I will not give up, for the battle is already won. This sadness sickens my soul. These tears that hit my pillow at night longs to see happiness once more and I pray that You will open up a way for me.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
Give me Strength
I need You, Lord, now more than ever. This sadness in my heart craves to find that wonderful joy only You can give and that peace that passes all understanding. My heart cries out to You. Give me strength, oh gentle Savior. In Jesus’ name, love, joy, peace and happiness will follow me wherever I go and this sadness within me will be destroyed, Amen and Amen!

Prayer for Deeply Sours
When we are experiencing deep or extraordinary sadness, we have to remember God much, praise God, and many Istighfar. In addition we must also pray to God.

لاَاِلٰهَ اِلاَّ اللّٰهُ الْعَظِيْمُ الْحَلِيْمُ لاَ اِلٰهَ اِلاَّ اللّٰهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ لاَ اِلٰهَ اِلاَّ اللّٰهُ رَبُّ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَرَبُّ الْاَرْضِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيْمِ
Laa ilaaha illallaahul ‘adhiimul haliimu laa ilaaha illallaahu rabbul’arsyil’adhiimi laa ilaaha illallaahu rabbussamaawati wa rabbul ardhi warabbul’arsyil kariimi.
“There is no god but Allah, the Most High and the Forgiving. There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the great throne. There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth. God Almighty and master of the throne. “
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ اَرْجُوْ فَلاَ تَكْلِنِىْ اِلَى نَفْسِىْ طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَاَصْلِحْ لِىْ شَأْنِىْ كُلَّهُ لاَاِلٰهَ اِلاَّ اَنْتَ
Allaahumma rahmataka arjuu falaa taklinii ila nafsii tharfata ‘ainin wa ashlih lii sya’nii kullahu laa ilaaha illaa anta.
“O Allah, I wish (got) Your grace, therefore do not You leave me a blink of an eye (without help or mercy from You). Correct my whole affairs, there is no god but You. “
لاَ اِلٰهَ اِلاَّ اَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ اِنِّى كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ
Allaahu, Allaahu rabbi laa usriku bihi syai-an.
“Allah, God is my Lord, I am not associating Him with anything.”
