Prayer for your baby

Welcome to Pray For Your Baby Ministries! If you are like me, you believe that praying for your baby is vital. When I became pregnant with my first child, I began to say baby prayers for my child that was growing inside of me. As soon as my son arrived, I could see that God had heard my prayers. Twelve years ago, I was a new Christian and I didn’t realize the power of praying for my unborn child until after he was born. God had heard and answered my prayers and He wants to do the same for your baby today!

When Micah was about 2 years old, God spoke to me and told me to share my story with other moms-to-be. Pray For Your Baby Ministries was born and now I’m excited to share with you my new expanded website so that you can Pray For Your Son or Pray For Your Daughter as well! I hope these prayers encourage and guide you as you spend time with the Lord each day praying over your children. And make sure to sign up for the free weekly pregnancy prayers  if you are expecting. And please don’t forget to leave a prayer request on our world-wide Prayer Wall!

We are also excited to announce that Pray For Your Baby Ministries has teamed up with the You Version Bible App and you can now read Jen’s new powerful 14- Day Pregnancy Prayer Plan that is featured on the most popular Bible App in the world! prayer for your baby

Over the years, I have gone through different seasons of healing. Past abuse and sin in my life needed to be dealt with. I’ve cried through many hours of counseling, which was much needed and a blessing, but sometimes, God will use a simple prayer to set us free from the guilt that we hold onto from our past. Have you struggled with a miscarriage, infertility, or abortion? Please open your heart and allow God speak to you today. He can set you free!

If you’ve read, Praying Through Your Pregnancy, you found that I wasn’t always a believer. When I became pregnant, I began to seek God like never before. And out of fear and desperation I began to pray. Even though my husband was supporting me along the way, I was scared and felt all alone.

prayer for your baby

Pray this prayer over your precious baby growing in your womb. Even better, pray together with your husband. Ask him to lay his hands upon your womb and pray over you every day of your pregnancy. If you have a friend who is pregnant, pray this prayer for them.

“Father, I thank You for filling my womb with life. I know this precious little baby comes from You and has been destined by You from the beginning of the world. I thank You for this miracle growing inside me, in the “secret place” of my womb. I thank you that You are giving this little baby to us as a gift, but also as a gift for the world. We can’t wait to see another image of Yourself come forth into this world and the plans You have for this child.

We ask you, Father, in Jesus’ name, to hedge our little baby about with Your mighty protection. Watch over this little one each day as You intricately create him/her in the hidden sanctuary of the womb. We ask for Your divine health and that you will sustain me in good health and vitality throughout this whole pregnancy.

I ask that You will fill me with Your joy and that everyone will see the glory of God upon me as I nurture this precious life within me. Thank You again for this amazing miracle and for giving us an eternal soul that will live forever. It is awesome to think that I am part of something eternal.

I pray that You will keep this baby growing in the womb until FULL TERM and this baby will come forth in Your perfect timing.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Many blessings to you from Nancy Campbell
