O Lord, holy Father, creator of the universe,
author of its laws, you can bring the dead back to life,
and heal those who are sick.
We pray for our sick brother
that he may feel your hand upon him,
renewing his body and refreshing his soul.
Show to him the affection in
which you hold all your creatures.

Dear Lord, the pain of infertility is so deep.
All of our lives, we dream of being mothers,
of raising children with loving hearts
to do your will on this earth.
Month after month when that
dream does not come true, it so painful, Lord.
We feel like our dreams die each
month with empty arms.
Please guide us to trust in your plan for us.
We desperately need you in our lives.

O Lord, this is all my desire — to walk along the path
of life that Thou hast appointed me, even as Jesus

have so much power in scattering my thoughts and
disturbing the inward peace in which alone the voice
of Thy spirit is heard, do Thou, gracious Lord,
calm and settle my soul by that subduing power which
alone can bring all thoughts and desires of the
heart into captivity to Thyself.
All I have is Thine;
do Thou with all as seems best to Thy divine will;
for I know not what is best. Let not the cares or duties
of this life press on me too heavily; but lighten my burden,
that I may follow Thy way in quietness, filled with thankfulness
for Thy mercy, and rendering acceptable service unto Thee.
