I have just started a new job in a Pediatric ICU where it took me about 8 months to finally be able to get hired. I finally got the job and now two months in I have noticed the environment and the people I work with are very hostile.
My managers act as if they are approachable and when approached they are negative and inflexible and at times I feel they are mean spirited. This morning I spoke with my manager in regards to take a part time position from the full time position I am currently in.
It didnt go too well. I had a plan to have the lord to give me strength to speak to her. It did not work I stumbled and my mind went blank as she was very hostile with me. I am very saddened. Confused and I feel like a failure. Walking out of there today made me feel like a complete failure. She was so rude.
My family and I are going through a rough transition period as we are so confused as to where to live and be happy and at peace for the most part. and we seem not to have a set plan. May god help my family in this time of transition and hurt. may God help me make a decision soon whether to move on or endure this pain in the ICU.
I request prayer for clarity, discernment and guidance. I feel as though I have sought out the Lord I have cried so much I have prayed and read his word listened to his songs and yet my soul feels so much more confused.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I pray over the atmosphere from all 4 corners of the Earth. I pray for each and every Christian that is facing persecution, abandonment, and rejection, will be engulfed with your love and protection. Father, we silence the voice of the enemy and the oppressor. I cancel every negative word spoken against anyone who is walking uprightly with God. Father, we bind the spirit of confusion. YOU ARE NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION. I loose the spirit of TRUTH against every lie of the devil. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. I cancel and eradicate character assassination, slander, revenge, hostility, rage, false accusation, unforgiveness, gossip, jealousy, envy and harassment in the name of Jesus. I bind false humility, and lose true humility in the name of Jesus Christ. I cancel every word curse spoken over your children in the name of Jesus. Lord, I cancel and nullify, division and dissension in the body of Christ. Let our identity be made in you. We break and cancel every assignment of Jezebel, Ahab, Haman, Absalom, Phaorahe, and the prince of Persia that would attempt to destroy and discredit the saints and prophets of God. We cancel stress, anxiety, fear, and worry in the name of Jesus. We release, love, power, and a sound mind. Distractions and hindrances are nullified in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Anger, bitterness, and resentment are canceled right now in the name of Jesus. These prayers are sealed with the blood of the Lamb. In Jesus name….AMEN.
Thank you for your support. If you were blessed, please sow a seed to keep the ministry going. God bless you.
When facing a tough decision your mind goes around in circles. You try to understand and figure it all out yourself, but it’s impossible. It seems like you don’t have the time to pray about it.
If you pray, it will save you time later. There’s nothing that wastes time and energy more than confusion. Prayer helps put your thoughts in order.
More Prayers Ask for prayer
When you don’t know what to do, go to God in prayer.
It may take time to get an answer, but God always delivers. You might even want to set up a prayer campaign during the process. Use a notebook and dedicate one page to each day of prayer. It can be for as many days as you need it. Write clearly at the top of the page what you are praying about.
After each prayer session, jot down what you feel God might be trying to tell you. Repeat this process each day until you begin to have more clarity about your situation.
God’s presence gives you peace. Take the time. Pray. Read from the Bible. You’ll notice the confusion begins to disappear. Try not to have a preference about outcomes, and let the Spirit guide you.
Even Jesus took the time to consult with his Father about tough decisions. Imitate our Lord and the results will be glorious.
In these days he went out to the mountain to pray; and all night he continued in prayer to God.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;

PRAYER FOR WHEN YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO
Dear heavenly Lord,
I face situations and decisions. It’s complicated and dense. I feel confused and lost. Can you help me? Can you show me the light?
First of all, oh Lord, calm my heart. Let me know that my peace depends upon you alone. No matter how things turn out, with you at the center of my life, I will stand. I will survive.
May your Spirit keep me balanced. Lord, show me your will. Let my mind and heart be open to what best serves truth and life. Give me courage to do what is right. Show me your word. Reveal it to my heart, oh Lord, and make my conviction strong. For when I go to you, and you show me your will, the blessing is guaranteed.
It may not be easy, it may take time, but upon Christ I stand firm.
In Jesus name, Amen.
