A prayer for success and prosperity

This Prayer for Success will be based on 2 scriptures – Joshua 1:8 and Ecclesiastes 11:6.  We are giving you these scriptures in 3 different versions of the bible so that you can read them, meditate on them and get them into your spirit.  When you pray the prayer you will be fully convinced of God’s ability to bring success to you in whatever way that you need it.

You may need success in finding a job, in your business dealings, in a job interview that you’re about to do, in your relationships, for taking an exam or just whatever it is that you may be facing at this time.

The first bible verse for success and prosperity is:

(Joshua 1:8 New International Version NIV) “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”

(Joshua 1:8 New Living Translation NLT) “Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.”

(Joshua 1:8 The Voice VOICE) “Let the words from the book of the law be always on your lips. Meditate on them day and night so that you may be careful to live by all that is written in it. If you do, as you make your way through this world, you will prosper and always find success.”

We see that to be successful and prosperous we need to be constantly in the word.  In the morning, at night and all through the day.  Your job is to find a scripture that has to do specifically with your circumstances and meditate on it all day long.  There will be things that God will ask you to do as you are meditating on these scriptures.  You need to be obedient and follow what He is showing you in order for you to be successful.  The bible says that if we are willing and obedient we will eat the good of the land (Isaiah 1:19).  Therefore, this only works if you are obedient.

The second bible verse for success is:

(Ecclesiastes 11:6 New International Version NIV) “Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.”

(Ecclesiastes 11:6 The Message MSG) “Go to work in the morning
and stick to it until evening without watching the clock. You never know from moment to moment how your work will turn out in the end.”

(Ecclesiastes 11:6 King James Version  KJV) “In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.”

Here is your prayer for success and prosperity

Father God, thank you for your word.  Thank you that within it there are many promises that will bring success and prosperity in my life.  I ask that you would lead me to the scriptures that I need to meditate on and declare to get success.  Open my mind to receive your words and grant me the grace to be obedient in any way that I need to be today.  Give me a willing spirit to follow your instructions.  God make my hand skillful.  I know that I won’t win these battles in my own strength but I ask you for the skill and wisdom to make the right decisions.  By Your Holy Spirit guide me to be in the right place at the right time.  Father, make me diligent in all areas of my life.  May I not be idle but making wise use of the time and skills that you have given me.  Open the doors of opportunity for me so that I may walk through them.  Give me a spirit of excellence so that I may do well all that you have committed to me.  Through this diligence in the morning and in the evening I look to you for success.  I will plant and another may water but I know that the growth, success and prosperity is in Your hands.  Grant me success this day, in Jesus Name, Amen.

I come to You Lord to ask for a successful surgery, and quick healing for someone I love deeply. As the scriptures say, in Your hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind. Hold my loved one and I in Your healing hands, and breath life into our bones. I ask that you give the surgeon a steady hand, and a sound mind from beginning to end. I trust you in all ways, my Lord and Savior.

 

Prayer for Successful Testing and Exams

Lord Jesus, You know that I am very anxious about the tests and exams that I have to face very soon, and ask that You would calm my anxious, clouded thoughts. Please calm these nerves that I have, and let me rest in You always. I pray that as I enter the exam, that You will fill my heart with perfect peace that only comes from You. Please also give me clarity of thought, and prompt my mind to remember all the things that I have studied. Give me the wisdom and the ability to transfer my thoughts to paper. It’s in Your precious name I pray, amen.

Answered Success Prayer for Passing Exam from Hazen

On December 28, 2016 I sent a prayer petition for my NCLEX RN exam, which was scheduled on January 4, 2017. I had my prayer request. A few days ago, I found out that I passed my exam and I am officially a Registered Nurse! This truly is an answered prayer and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who prayed for me and with me. The power of your prayers and well wishes were so helpful because during my exam, I can’t explain why, but I was so calm and at peace. A few weeks ago it was a different story, I was anxious and just so full of doubt about passing. But with your help through prayers, I had renewed strength and every time I see that someone is praying for me, my confidence grows stronger. All the things that I asked for in my prayer petition came true and it was then, during my exam, that I was experiencing the power of God. I know Divine intervention is the reason why I was able to answer my exam questions and it was that same reason why I passed my exam. My nursing license is indeed a gift from God and I would use this gift righteously to extend help to those who need it. So thank you everyone for your prayers! Your prayers and God’s mercy and love made me a Registered Nurse. This really truly was a miraculous gift sent from up above. 

Prayer for Success in Selling a Home

Father, I know that You are interested in every single area of our lives, and we find that we need to sell our house. At this time, we are placing this need into Your hands, knowing that You have told us to cast ALL our cares upon You.

Lord, we thank You for providing us with this home we currently reside in, but You also know the need to sell our home at this point in time, and we want to place the entire selling process into Your hands, praying that You would be with us to guide during the entire sale. We also ask that you help us find a new home, and to bring it swiftly into our lives as You see fit.

Lord, You also know who it is that needs to move into this house and Lord, we are trusting You to guide the right buyers to see it. We pray that at the right time they may be able to purchase our home as well.

Lord into Your hands we commit our lives and our future in Jesus name, Amen.

 

Prayer for Success at Work

Heavenly Father, I give You thanks for all my blessings and answered prayers in my life. In the name of Christ Jesus, please guide myself towards the fruition of a successful, and fulfilling workplace. Please guide my heart, and that of my coworkers, to pursue dedication and hard work in Your name. Please watch over the proceedings and tasks on a daily basis. Thank you, Christ Jesus. Amen.

 

Prayer for Success In Trying Times

Father I have come to a trying time in my life, and I am not sure which direction to go. I know that if I seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, then I will be walking in Your best way for my life, forever and always. Help me Lord to be wise in the decisions I make at this junction, where various doors have seemed to close behind me. Lead me Lord in the direction that You would have me go day in, and day out. Lord I want my life to count, and I want to be successful in making a difference. Take my life Lord, and at this cross-roads I ask that You rearrange my direction as best seems for to.

Lord God, giver of bread, we bless You for your Heavenly kindness. There can be no famine while the bread of Heaven endures, and help us to remember that when we are forgetful of Your infinite kindness.

Prosper in School and Work

Dear God the Father, I praise and glorify you. I pray that You help me in my studies. I know that You want me, Your child, to prosper in all my endeavours.

Give me Your knowledge and wisdom as I study for my lessons and exams. Let me learn my lessons properly and understand them completely. I pray that I overcome all my academic weaknesses. Take control of my thoughts.

Bless me with this, O Lord, for your greater glory. Let me be a blessing to my family that I love so much. I thank You in advance for answering my prayer.

Prosper in New Job

My Loving Father, I cast all my worries upon You. I have so much anxiety and fear in my heart about this new job I have. Fill my heart with desire to do great things and bless the work of my hands. I completely trust You and have deep faith in You.

Let all that I do be pleasing to you. Grant me wisdom and knowledge that I may do what is good and true in all the days of my life. Let me feel Your might presence, dear God, as I give You my praise and thanks.

Prayers for success and prosperity for February 7. When we dwell in Christ, we are named success and we dwell in the city of light which is the city of success and prosperity. Let’s tell God to make us successful and dwell in the city of success – say success and prosperity prayer.

Bible Verse for Today

“Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go” (Joshua 1:7).

The secret of dwelling in the city of success is the word of God. When you do all that is written in it like God commanded Joshua, you will surely have not just an ordinary success, but a “good” success. Dwelling in the city where success abounds also bring forth good things alongside such as prosperity. The summary of Psalm 1 is that anyone who does not dwell in the place of sinners but dwells on the word of God shall be made prosper. Dwelling in the city of success also will make the plans of God to be made manifest in you. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare”. For that promise of a better ending to happen in our lives, we must dwell in that city, the city of success.

We read the word of God to stay in that city. We try all our best but in the course of the day some kind of situations arrive that shake us. They move us from the city and failure sets in. What we must do is that we must bear in our mind that we are unmovable and we dwell in Christ the chief cornerstone, the pillar we hold unto, and then, we can’t be moved and we will experience good success.

Prayers for Success and Prosperity for Today

Dear Father, help me to focus on your word that I may have success in all I do. I want to dwell in the city where there is success, that’s in Jesus. I ask for the grace to be successful today. In my business, job, or education, help me to be successful.

I know that outside of Jesus, there is failure and disappointment that’s I have decided to stay in you. Lord help me today. Amen.
