A Prayer Against Sadness
Peaceful, Loving Father, I humbly ask that you heal this ache in my heart, Oh Lord. Allow me to find that joy that I once knew.
The sadness of my heart consumes me. But I will not give in, for I am stronger than the mind games the devil tries to play on me.
Psalm 107:19-20 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Psalms 30:2 O LORD my God, I cried unto you, and you has healed me.

I will not give up
Even though I am hurt and the pain lingers on each day, I will not give up, for the battle is already won.
This sadness sickens my soul. These tears that hit my pillow at night longs to see happiness once more and I pray that You will open up a way for me.

Give me Strength
I need You, Lord, now more than ever. This sadness in my heart craves to find that wonderful joy only You can give and that peace that passes all understanding. My heart cries out to You.
Give me strength, oh gentle Savior. In Jesus’ name, love, joy, peace and happiness will follow me wherever I go and this sadness within me will be destroyed, Amen and Amen!

We pray for those who have been abused emotionally, physically and mentally. We REJECT the spirits of depression, anxiety, fear, stress, tiredness.
Through the power of Your Son JESUS CHRIST, we bind, crush and leave these tools of the devil bruised and powerless under Your Mighty feet, oh Lord my God.
Restore happiness in our lives today as we embrace the comfort and blessings of Your Word.
Psalm 42:5 – Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him for the help of His countenance.
Bind the works of the enemy, break every chain and set the captives free from bondage.
You, Oh Great Father, will take us through this. We know it, for the battle is yours.
Help us to not dwell on the negativity of this world, but embrace the positivity of Your Grace.
