We thank You, God, for all of the grandmothers who are here today.
Their love and wisdom have helped to shape us into who we are,
and we have learned about how to love You and how to love each other
through their example.
Bless each of them with long life and show us all how to
honor them in ways that would let them know how much they mean
to us and that would also be pleasing in Your sight.

A Prayer for Grandma’s Health
Oh God, we come before you with a request for healing for our beloved grandma. We know that it is within Your power to make her well again, but we also know that to everything there is a season, and sometimes we must simply trust You.
Still, we want to make our petition known, Lord. If it be Your will, we ask that You pour Your healing oil on our grandma that she can once again be healedand whole.
We ask this in Jesus’ name.

Lord I pray that you heal my Grandmother Lucille Hunt who is currently in the hospital fighting for her life. Lord I pray for all those who are sick in addition to my Grandmother and in need of your gifts of healing and prayer. Lord there is nothing too impossible for you to perform, and healing from any disease or illness is what you will and can do if we believe and trust in your Holy word. Lord I believe, my Grandmother believes, all those who are ill believe, and those who may not believe….Lord give them the strength, understanding and knowledge they need to believe.
Lord my eyes are open, help those with eyes closed shut to no longer be blind to you and your gifts as you have done for me. You are a magnificent healer amongst many things and an Awesome God.
I have been blessed to be a living witness and testimony of all that you can do, especially how you can heal anyone of your children from things that the world deemed as impossible to be healed from….and Lord I ask that you continue to do the same for me, my Grandmother, and others who are ill as well as need your protection and covering to be healed forever from their sicknesses.
Thank you lord for the gift of Prayer, Healing, Tongues, Discernment, Love, Strength, Holy Spirit, your word, truth and light (bible), Holy Ghost, and a host of other gifts that are a blessing to us daily. We are forever grateful. We love you for all you have and will do. In the name of Jesus we pray…Amen, Amen, And Amen!

Grandmother’s Prayer
Here is a prayer for all grandmothers’ children and grandchildren, big or small, wherever they may be:
O’ Lord watch over my children
help them to grow each day in grace
guide their steps in every direction
so they will master whatever they face
Lord feed them when they hunger
and supply their every need
let them know that you are there
to help them to succeed
Lord help them to seek for wisdom
so it will help them in life to cope
when things become too hard to bear
it will give them a little more hope
Now Lord seal this prayer in Heaven
let it follow them wherever they go
for I desire the best for them
and behold the seeds, that they will sow
also this prayer goes out for others
for their children you will also keep
and allow them to grow under your safety
while we at times are sleep

Hello my bloggy friends,
We are asking for everyones prayers for my Grandma Maria who is in the hospital. She has been there since last Thursday with heart problems, chest pain, and an episode of a seizure. She is a diabetic and has heart problems. She is in her 80’s and she has lived a long life! She is such a strong woman that I just know she can pull thru but this is the weakest I have seen her. Right now they are testing her for many things. We know there is a valve in her heart that is slowly closing. They are afraid of doing an open heart surgery because of her others medical problems and because of her age.
Please pray for all of us for strength and comfort as we go thru all of this…
