Dear Lord, my relationship with my boyfriend has been broken. We have went through a rocky spell. We both care and love each other deeply but his faith in me has fallen. Lord, I pray that you please find it in his heart to forgive me of my sins and bad behavior. Lord, I pray that he has the strength to put his guard down and allow me another chance.
Lord, I pray for a second chance to prove that I am worthy of his love, that I can love him unconditionally and that we can build a everlasting love through you. Lord, we have talked about marriage and talked about kids. Before our last fight, we were on the right track to following down that path. Lord I know you know he’s the one for me. I know this is a obstacle in my journey. Lord, I am fighting to get back up, to fight the fight and prove I can be the loving girlfiriend that he so desires.
Lord, build back up the love in our hearts for each other. Help us come back together in harmony. Teach us to strengthen our relationship back to a time when things were great.
Lord, I can only ask that you rekindle mine and Ryan’s relationship and walk with me through this journey as we build our love and spend the rest of our lives together.
I ask that others join me in praying.
In your name, I pray. Amen

Dear sweet Sacred Heart of Jesus, Look upon me and take my intention I ask, and please look upon me with compassion. Please guide my love back to me. I have asked You to show me who is the man I should marry and You brought this man into my life. I truly believe that he is my one and true love. Turn toward me then Dear Lord, and please turn his heart back towards me. Remove whatever wall is barricading us apart. Please let him open his eyes and step up to the plate of maturity and realize how much our love really is. Take away any resentment, fill his heart with love and forgiveness and compassion. Please let him communicate with me and break away the chains of selfishness. I truly believe that you will listen to my prayer dear Lord. Guide us both, so we can come together in the sacrament of marriage so we can continue on to become a family who will praise you and grow our children in a Godly loving manner. Please bring my love and my best friend back. With much love I trust that you will do what is right for me. I give it all to you Dear Lord, do with me what Thou wilt. Through Our Lady and the Angels and Saints pray for me.

Today’s Reflection
When a Relationship Breaks Down
I’ve tried everything, Lord Jesus.
I’ve tried reaching out. I’ve tried drawing back.
I’ve tried talking. I’ve tried silence.
I’ve cried, pleaded, yelled, and whispered.
I’ve prayed.
I can’t think of anything else to do.
So I give this relationship to you. I ask for nothing—no special favors, no divine interventions, no sudden revelations. I simply place the relationship in your hands.
And in giving it to you, I feel great relief. It is done. I have finally given up and accepted this ending. I know that from this moment on, my life will be different, and I accept this beginning as well.
Give me the strength to let all else go. Keep me from returning to my strivings to maintain this relationship. Remind me that I have given it to you.
Lead me to the higher ground, dear Jesus, where I can leave behind any bitterness, accusations, anger, sorrow, and pain. Fill me instead with your peace and the knowledge that you are with me.
Be in this space between the ending and the beginning. It is a scary place for me as I begin to work through my life without this relationship in it. Be between what was—the memories, the dreams, and the hopes—and what is to come.
Draw me closer to you in this time between the ending and the beginning. Let me see the place ahead not as a place to be feared but as a place you have prepared for me.
