Dearest Lord Jesus,
Please forgive me again for masturbating and looking at sexual movie scenes and porn. I am so sorry for falling into this again. Lord, please grant me a real sorrow over my addiction and the desire to stop and turn from it. Lord Jesus, if you want me to confess these sins to a person please make that clear to me. Thank You.
I ask You Jesus to deliver me from my addictions in Your Name, Jesus Christ, King of kings and Lord of lords. You are my Good Shepherd and I am Your little lamb who has strayed. Father in Heaven, I want to come back home to You. In Your name Lord Jesus please deliver me from all impure, immoral, seeking pleasure for my flesh.
Cleanse me Lord with Your shed blood, please wash me clean. Please cover my mind and thoughts with Your cleansing blood. Please Lord Jesus Christ, in Your name please cast out and cast away all demons that I have allowed to enter me through these my sexual sins. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Please heal my sick soul and spirit my Great Physician.
