Prayer for my soul and mind

Heavenly Father, I come before You today, requesting that You cleanse me of anything that breaks Your heart. Purify my mind, body, and soul.

Help me to seek righteousness above all else and not stray into the temptations of the world. Push me forward to be a leader and to set an example for the generations to come.

Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

Let me be a light

Lord, let me be that light that pierces through the darkness such that when anyone looks at me, they should see You shining through,

Oh Heavenly King. Save me from that unclean spirit, wash me in the precious blood to make me white as snow.

Proverbs 16:2 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the spirit.

James 3:17  But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.

Titus 2:12  training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age

Remove the darkness

Help me to maintain those virtuous standards and values I have placed for myself as well as those around me, Oh Jesus, be my center.

Remove what’s dark in me and replace it with the good. Set my paths straight, Oh Merciful Saviour! I declare and decree that Your purity infiltrates me as well as the world around me, in Jesus mighty name, Amen!

Philippians 1:9-11 And it is my prayer that Your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that You may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

I’m a young Christian, from South Trinidad, seeking the wisdom of the Word and God’s blessings on my life. A journey, that’s just begun, but living to the Glory of God.

This prayer for peace of mind asks god to relieve anxiety and stress,
and grant a clarity of mind to feel at ease in one’s life. Say it in the morning
or evening on a daily basis until you feel at peace.

Also, one of the best prayers for anxiety is the famous Serenity Prayer.

A Prayer for Peace of Mind

Almighty God, We bless you for our lives,
we give you praise for your abundant mercy and grace
we receive. We thank you for your faithfulness even
though we are not that faithful to you.
Lord Jesus, we ask you to give us all around
peace in our mind, body, soul and spirit.
We want you to heal and remove everything that is
causing stress, grief, and sorrow in our lives.

Please guide our path through life and make our

A Prayer to Heal Stress

Heavenly Father, please grant me peace of mind
and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like
a turbulent sea. I can’t seem to find my balance
so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the
strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose
and walk the path you’ve laid out for me. I trust
your Love God, and know that you will heal this stress.
Just as the sun rises each day against the dark of
night. Please bring me clarity with the light of God.

God heals and you too can heal. God heals broken bodies, broken minds, broken hearts and broken lives. His presence alone has immense healing powers. You cannot be close to him without experiencing some degree of healing. So you may be wondering why you haven’t received his healing? You have not received it because you haven’t asked for it. When the time is right, God encourages you to ask for this healing of brokenness in you or in someone else. The healing may be instantaneous or it may be a process. That is up to God. Your part is to trust God’s will fully and to thank him, for the restoration has begun.

Mark 5:34- Your faith has made you well. Go in peace and be healed

God rarely heals all the brokenness that exists in one’s life. His healing can completely cure someone, or it may not. It may instead help deal with the condition and bring positivity and peace into their life. Be open to the possibilities.

Even his servant Paul was told, “My grace is sufficient for you,” when he sought healing for the “thorn in his flesh.” Nonetheless, much healing is available to those whose lives are intimately interwoven with God’s. Just ask and you will receive.

Prayer for Healing:

Lord of Heaven,

Almighty Father, Thank you for your love, grace and mercy. You are the fountain of life and healing. I bless your holy name and offer to you thanks for having delivered me from sickness and restored me to health. Grant me your eternal grace, I pray, that I may live a new life in true obedience to you. Guide me to do your will in all things devoting my life to your service. Thus living for you may I be found worthy of your kingdom, where you dwell in glory with your Son and your Holy Spirit forever. Amen.
