Lord please look after my family keep them healthy strong and happy, please look after my mum especially please let her cough be nothing serious and keep her mind and body fit, healthy and strong, please lord let my sisters throat heal and that her cough is nothing serious too.
Please Lord also look after my chest please keep it clear from chest infections, coughs, colds or flu please keep me healthy and keep my heart healthy and strong and beating normally. Please look after all my friends too guide them and keep them healthy too and look after my carers.
