Prayer before going to court

For Victory in Court Cases

Father, in the name of Jesus, it is written in Your Word to call on You, and You will answer me and show me great and mighty things. I put You in remembrance of Your Word and thank You that You watch over it to perform it.
I say that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and any tongue that rises against me in judgment I shall show to be in the wrong. This peace, righteousness, security, and triumph over opposition is my inheritance as Your child. This is the righteousness or vindication I obtain from You, Father, which You impart to me as my justification. I am far from even the thought of destruction; for I shall not fear, and terror shall not come near me.
Father, You say You will establish me to the end—keep me steadfast, give me strength, and guarantee my vindication; that is, be my warrant against all accusation or indictment. Father, You contend with those who contend with me, and You perfect that which concerns me. I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, and this secret place hides me from the strife of tongues, for a false witness who breathes out lies is an abomination to You.
I am a true witness, and all my words are (upright and in right standing with You), Father. My long forbearing and calmness of spirit persuade the judge, and my soft speech breaks down the most bone-like resistance. Therefore, I am not anxious how I shall reply in defense or what I am to say, for the Holy Spirit will teach me in that very hour and moment what ought to say to those in the outside world. My speech is seasoned with salt.
As a child of the light, I enforce the triumphant victory of my Lord Jesus Christ in this situation, knowing that all of heaven is backing me. I am strong in You, Lord, and in the power of Your might. Thank You for the shield of faith that quenches every fiery dart of the enemy. I am increasing in wisdom and in stature and in years, and in favor with You, Father, and with man. Praise the Lord! Amen.

prayer before going to court

COMING BEFORE THE COURTS OF HEAVEN

Advanced spiritual warfare prayers include us acting as intercessors and standing in the gap.

Ezek 22:30

So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. NKJV

Note that the scripture above speaks about an intercessor standing in the gap before God the Father on behalf of others.  We must practice this before God on behalf of our loved ones, ourselves, and those we pray for.

Also note:

Here you see the level of the authority given us through the power of Christ and His blood.  Since our Father is not a respecter of persons, these scriptures absolutely apply to us.  We are “Jesus” on this earth through His power, and as such we yield that authority just as the “seventy” (ref. Luke 10) did when sent out into the towns by Jesus even before Pentecost or the cross.

1 John 5:16

16 If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he (the saint) will ask, and He (God) will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death.

NKJV

John 20:23

23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

NKJV

Job 22:30

30 He will even deliver the one who is not innocent; yes, he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands.

AMP

Luke 10:19

For behold I give you authority to trample on serpents and scorpion and over ALL the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Also note here how the prophet Nehemiah stood “in the gap” on behalf of all of Israel and “confessed” of their sins before God.  This is critical to understand.  We have that power through Christ Jesus as well; when we stand before the Mercy Seat of God spiritually.

Neh 1:6

Please let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open, that You may hear the prayer of Your servant which I pray before You now, day and night, for the children of Israel Your servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel which we have sinned against You.

NKJV

Note also that Jesus is referred to as our advocate, which is a direct reference to a lawyer in the courts of earth:

1 John 2:1-2

My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. NKJV

We have not been taught to fully grap the power that we have as saints with “clean hands”.  But our “clean hands” come only as a result of continuous repentance and confession of our sins before God.  Not just daily, but continuously.  But also remember that even the “Seventy” (Luke 10) sent out by Jesus did not have clean hands (fully) as that would not have been possible since Jesus had not shed His blood on behalf of the world as yet.  So do NOT allow the devil to make you think you are unworthy.  This is his number one tactic to render our faith ineffective.  We have this authority, and we CAN confess of the sins of our loved ones and others whom we pray for when we are standing in the gap, before the Throne of Grace, as intercessors.  This is vital to understand, as this disarms the right of the “Accuser of the Brethren who accuses the brethren both day and night” (Rev 12:10).  The devil is the “Chief Prosecutor” in the Courts of Heaven.  By confessing of the sins of those we pray for in the Courts of Heaven, we “disarm” (ref. Col 2:15)  the Chief Prosecutor (Satan) and his devils.  We should also confess of the sins of their Fathers and their Father’s Fathers to the beginning of time and BREAK all generational curses placed against them.  On their behalf; we “renounce” all things said in the darkness.

Neh 1:6

Both my father’s house and I have sinned NKJV

After we confess of their sins before the Throne of Grace, we ask the Father to “Forgive them Father for they know not what they do“.  These are the very words Jesus used to forgive those who were about to hang Him from a tree.

And Matthew 6:12 in the Lord’s prayer we see (in the Tyndale version):

Forigive us of our tresspasses (debts to God in sin), as we forgive those who tresspass against us.

We stand before the Throne of Grace and hold up a golden cup of forgiveness for those we pray for after confessing of their sins.

NOTE: This should also be done for the people on earth that are workers of Satan (e.g., satanists, witches, etc.) because by this act, we disarm the authority that the demons have against them setting them free from the fear of retribution of the devil.  This disarms the entire process of orchestrated attacks coming from witch covens and those being used by the devil to attack our loved ones and those we pray for.

Always remember “FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO“.   This is THE KEY.

So here is an example of coming before the Courts of Heaven in prayer.  In this example I will illustrate prayers for a loved one who is under attack and going through very hard times.

Father, I (or we), stand in the holy Court of Heaven and before your Throne of Grace.  We stand in the gap on behalf of our loved ones.  Father we confess of their sins before thee.  We praise your holy name and endless mercy.  We ask you Father to pour out a golden cup of forgiveness upon them.  Cleans them of their sins Lord God.

Father we confess of the sins of their fathers and their father’s fathers, to the beginning of time.  We break all curses, yokes of bondage, and renounce, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, all things said in the darkness on their behalf.

In the Name of Jesus Christ, and by His holy blood, we plead these things on behalf of all those who attack them.  We pray you will forgive them Father for they know not what they do.  In the name of Jesus we DISARM all attacks of the enemy against all those involved.

Col 2:15
Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.
NKJV

In Jesus name, Father, we place a  holy gag order on the demons and workers of darkness.  We CANCEL all assignments placed against these people.  Father we ask you to SEAT the Chief Prosecutor HaSatan and bring your peace and blessings on these people.

We DECREE the dispatch of Heavens Resources and Heavens Angels into their presence to protect them.  We ask you to turn the rivers of water in their favor.

Prov 21:1
The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord,
Like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes.
NKJV

We pray down your HOLY Fire and a hedge of protection around them at all times and decree the protection of your warrior angels fully clad in the armor of God to stand at their service and protection.

Zech 2:5
For I,’ says the Lord, ‘will be a wall of fire all around her, and I will be the glory in her midst.’
NKJV

Job 1:9-10
9 So Satan answered the Lord and said, “Does Job fear God for nothing? 10 Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side?
NKJV

Ask the Lord to sustain the Holy Fire and hedge and make it “extensible”.  This means that it will follow them where ever they go.  I ask the Father to pour out a “whirlwind of the Holy Spirit” around the Holy Fire to blow it “white hot” and sustain it on their behalf that NOTHING unclean may re-enter them.

Matt 12:45

5 Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first.NKJV

When we precede our prayers by coming before God’s holy Courts and properly intercede on behalf of those we pray for, we open God’s authority up (as the Most High Holy Magistrate) and pave open a pathway for Him to act against the Chief Prosecutor and his demonic witnesses.  We PLEAD the blood of Jesus just as a lawyer or member of a jury pleads on behalf of someone accused on an earthly court of law.

Binding and Loosing are actually legal terms.  THIS is the mystery of what Jesus told us regarding our authority.

Matt 18:18

“Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.NKJV

A contract is “binding”.  When provisions of a contract are disolved, it is “loosed” from the contract.  We can even “bind” scriptures to our loved ones by praying like this:

Father, with the authority of Jesus Christ, I “bind” 2 Timothy 1:7 on my loved one, For you Father have not given them a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love and a sound mind, and I legally bind that scripture upon them in Jesus name.

Always remember that anything negative you have said about the behavior of your loved ones can be used by the Chief Prosecutor to rebut your prayers so be certain you repent of anything negative you have said in the past.

These are REAL COURTS and the power we have been given by Christ Jesus our ADVOCATE (our Lawyer in Heaven), must be weilded as spiritual weaponry to open the Gates of Heaven and allow our Father to answer our prayers without hindrances that otherwise may slow the process down.

Especially today we need EVERY advantage we can get.  Satan knows his time is short and the powers of darkness are attacking at an all time high.  Their primary target is the saints of God because WE are the only ones on earth that have the authority to come against his evil on behalf of our friends, family and “neighbors” as the good Samaritans (through the Love of Jesus), on their behalf.

These war tactics can also (and should also) be applied to countries, cities, nations, peoples, tribes and tongues of the lost across the world.

GOD BLESS YOU – I pray this has been helpful and will empower  you to stand against the attacks in a new and more empowered way.

Isa 43:25-27

25 “I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake;

And I will not remember your sins.

26 Put Me in remembrance;

Let us contend together;

State your case, that you may be acquitted.

27 Your first father sinned,

And your mediators have transgressed against Me.

NKJV

Zech 3:1-7

3 Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him. 2 And the Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?”

3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the Angel.

4 Then He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, “Take away the filthy garments from him.” And to him He said, “See, I have removed your iniquity from you, and I will clothe you with rich robes.”

5 And I said, “Let them put a clean turban on his head.”

So they put a clean turban on his head, and they put the clothes on him. And the Angel of the Lord stood by.

The Coming Branch

6 Then the Angel of the Lord admonished Joshua, saying, 7 “Thus says the Lord of hosts:

‘If you will walk in My ways,

And if you will keep My command,

Then you shall also judge My house,

And likewise have charge of My courts;

I will give you places to walk

Among these who stand here.

NKJV

Heb 12:22-24

Note: This is Referring to Heaven (not earth)

22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God (the City of God in Heaven), the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly (i.e., the Congress) and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven (i.e., the Elect of God, ref. Ps 82), to God the Judge of all (i.e., the Most High), to the spirits of just men made perfect (i.e., the saints, made perfect through Christ’s blood), 24 to Jesus the Mediator (i.e., “Advocate or Lawyer) of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
NKJV

(Liberty Institute)Members of the Cambridge Christian School football team say a prayer before a game.

For Christians, prayer is a sacred thing. It is our way of talking to God. In Florida, however, this holy act has become the subject of a federal lawsuit filed by a Christian school.

The Cambridge Christian School filed the case against the Florida High School Athletic Association for the latter’s refusal to publicly broadcast a prayer during a recent football game.

Tim Eueler, the school’s headmaster, explained that it has been a tradition to start all activities with prayers, be they meetings or athletic competitions.

“It’s second nature to us. We take every opportunity to pray,” Eueler said, as quoted by WFLA.com.

That is why it came as a surprise for them when the Florida High School Athletic Association refused to public broadcast a prayer led by the school at a match featuring its football team during the State Championship.

The athletic association reportedly prevented the broadcast of the prayer on the ground that the loudspeakers in the stadium are publicly funded and thus cannot be used by any religion for its activity.

Corey Sobers of the athletic association further said that making the loudspeakers available for the Christian prayer is beyond their control.

“Based on previous court precedent, legally we cannot, we do not have the authority to allow that type of request,” Sobers said.

Jermey Dys of the Liberty Institute, who is representing Cambridge Christian, contended however that what happened during the football game was a violation of religious freedom.

“Every single one of their games they had prayed over the loudspeaker over those games. This is the first time they were denied that privilege, the first time in 50 years they were denied that privilege,” Dys said.

Eueler, for his part, said he takes offence at the prohibition of their prayer, pointing out that it is “wrong for the government to censor the private speech of private individuals, including when someone wants to pray in public.”
