Help me Lord to accept what is set before me. I am physically and mentally struggling with:
A 35 year marriage: My husband has chosen to go his own way because of the lack of forgiveness and compassion. Lord as he is now continents away, I feel so alone. I know you chose me for him. A man, who was not to live past 30 with heart conditions, has managed, to this day be 57 years old. You have healed him physically Lord. I gave my life for him and now, I am totally lost. I don’t know which direction to go and have never been totally alone before. I am grateful for the children that we have together brought forth. They too are lost but they are young and recover quickly. My husband has depression issues and is contemplating ending his life and has been contemplating for a great many years. Such sorrow I feel.
Lord, hear my sorrow ….
My family have recently been diagnosed with: My sister (breast cancer, which was removed – thank you Jesus. My neice (stage 4 melanoma), she is young and her husband and her have a 4 year old sun. My father-in-law, (lung cancer and brain cancer – 3-4 months to live). My best friend (breast cancer).
Lord feel my pain …
My body has almost reached it’s breaking point. I am on anxiety medication, am not hungry, I’m struggling to feel “normal”
Lord give me your strength and courage.

Daily prayer for February 22. It’s a wonderful day to know that you have the capability within your reach to break yourself from whatever is keeping you from reaching your goals, destiny, and the manifestation of the promises of God in your life. Ask in the prayer: “Encourage me Lord!”
Bible Verse for Today
“Awake, awake, Zion, clothe yourself with strength! Put on your garments of splendor, Jerusalem, the holy city. The uncircumcised and defiled will not enter you again.” (Isaiah 52:1)
Your life needs to be awake for you to achieve in life, you must look through your eyes of faith and start seeing yourself the way God wants you to. You have the strength to reach your goals and the uncircumcised or the defiled will enter into you. You are a holy city, defiled things like sin and doubt in your heart must not be in you.
Remember the four lepers in 2 Kings 7:4. They made up their mind, they resolve within themselves; whatever circumstances, whatever hard times they might face. Verse 5 says, “And they rose up in the twilight, to go into the camp of the Syrians and when they were come to the uttermost part of the camp of Syria. Behold, there was no man there.” We are expected to act like these men. We should wake up from our slumber and act. Even when the situation around you looks bad, when you feel discouraged and frustrated, you must find encouragement in Christ and make up your mind to act.
Encourage me Lord Prayer for Today
Lord, as I wake up this morning, I wake to shine forth, the world shall see my light today. Strengthen me Lord to reach my goals and to stay focus on you. If I am sleeping physically, spiritually, or in any area of my life, I receive the power to wake up today and start working, and I will act with the power of God.
Today Lord, I make up my mind to take steps that will lift me higher, I refuse to slumber spiritually, and nothing defiled shall enter into my life. Encourage me Lord to do more and to achieve more in Jesus name. Amen.

“Your kingdom come” – I declare that Your kingdom will be expanded today. I know that the Spirit of the Lord is upon me and that You have anointed me to encourage the suffering, help the brokenhearted, and proclaim liberty to the prisoners. Today, I want to see with Your eyes. Guide my steps so that I might encounter someone who needs Your love.
“Your will be done” – I declare that I will submit to Your will. I don’t have the power, the strength, the wisdom or the authority to lead my life the way you do. So, I step down off of the throne of my heart and I give that place to you. You are my king. I will say what you want me to say. I will do what you want me to do. And I will go where you want me to go.

“Give me daily bread” – Father, I ask You for daily bread. Your Word says that You will supply all my needs according to your riches. You know exactly what I need today so I trust You to be my provider.
“Forgive my sins” – Father, search my heart to see if there is any wicked way in me. I confess ____________ and I ask You to forgive my sin. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me.
“Keep me from evil” – Father, I ask for Your help to be victorious in the face of temptation. Help me to see the way out that You have provided. I take every evil thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. Protect my life and my family from the enemy’s plan to steal, kill, and destroy.
Praise
Father, I worship You as You are seated on the throne above every kingdom of this earth. I choose to serve You today. Every breath that I breathe comes from You, so I give You my day and I commit to serve You.
