Oh Holy Spirit, You are the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity. You are the Spirit of truth, love and holiness, proceeding from the Father and the Son, and equal to Them in all things. Holy Spirit, You Who make me see everything and showed Me the way to reach my ideals, You who gave me the divine gift to forgive and forget the wrong that is done to me, and You who are in all instances of my life with me. I want to thank You for everything and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from You no matter who the great material desire may be. I want to be with You and my loved ones in Your perpetual glory.

For five minutes every day quiet your imagination, close your eyes to everything visible and your ears to all external sounds and withdraw into the sanctuary of your baptized soul which is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
