My dear lord, please comfort me during these difficult times in my life at the moment. With my divorce, ex-husband, his girlfriends harming schemes, and the problems at work due to the divorce. Please protect my children and me from the malice my ex husband is planting on me. Give me strength to get through this. Provide me with rest, sleep and healing. Please heal my broken heart. Please protect my job. Walk with me and let me know you are there and give me a sign that everything will work out. Please let my ex husband wake up and realize the harm he is causing our family. Please stop him from continuing to try to hurt us. Protect me from the evil plans these two individuals have for me. Guide me dear lord and show me the way.

Can I please ask you all to pray for my friend Tina and her husband Mark and his family. Mark just turned 40 but when he was a teen had heart surgery and they knew they would have to do it again sometime. Unfortunately his Drs did not catch it in time this time around and all of his organs are now shutting down. He was sent home from the hospital last Friday on Hospice. He has not eaten in weeks and it it has been a couple days since he has drank anything.
Please pray that Mark has a peaceful passing and that he can “let go” soon to go HOME to be with God our Father. That Tina, finds comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering. That his parents and siblings find comfort and peace in their memories of him. Also that God gives them strenght in each other to get through the coming days, weeks and longer. Lastly, please pray that I can be the friend she needs during this… I do not know what to say or do and am afraid I will bungle things up!!

A Prayer for Strength
Lord, I’m weary. My energy is sagging, and my motivation is lagging. And I am so in need of you. I need your strength and your fresh touch to get back on track again. Your Word says the joy of the Lord is my strength. If that’s true, then I need your joy to replace all the bone-tired parts of my mind, body, and soul.
The pressures of life sometimes push me into a corner, rendering me helpless to move forward. A hundred voices call my name, and I feel paralyzed at times to answer, not knowing where to turn. Lord, help me not to quit, to keep running the race faithfully, and to find strength in that safe, secret place of yours, under the shadow of the Almighty.
I need your strength to say no when I’m tempted to surrender to harmful things, or when selfishness clings to my clothes and won’t let go. I need your strength to say yes, when cowardice and fear nudge me to deny the convictions of my heart. I need your strength to reach out in love to those both close to me and all around me. When don’t I need your strength, God?
You are my rock, and I run to you today, believing that you will lift up my heavy arms, that you will fuel me for the tasks you’ve given me, and that your joy will completely consume the weakness of my life and make me strong again. I don’t want to stay grounded, crippled by limitations and failed attempts. I’m tired of feeble efforts. Lord, I want to mount up with wings like an eagle and not just fly. I want to soar.
Renew my strength, Lord. Fill me with your supernatural power to overcome each obstacle in my path. With my eyes on you, Lord, with you walking beside me, working through me, I can make it. Thank you, Lord!

A Prayer for Strength and Encouragement
Lord, like David, I need your encouragement in a time of trial and anguish. Thank you that you are always on the throne, always my God, ready to save. Thank you for being the same God to me that you were to David. Thank you for always being near and always rescuing me from my fears and hurts. Lord, help me remember that daybreak might be just ahead, that this trial will not last forever. Fill me with hope that daybreak is coming and that your love will always prevail! Lord, I am weary and don’t know when this “race” will end in my life. I feel like I’ve been running forever, trying to outrun this trial. Help me to stop trying to outrun my pain but rather run with endurance the race you have set before me. I know that because of you I am ultimately a victor over the trials in my life. I know that nothing in this world can separate me from your steadfast love. Please give me a measure of your love today; give me the strength to endure this trial. Are you exhausted?
I think I speak for all of us when I say “Yes” to this question. If you’re not at the moment, you will be. If you are lucky enough to have never been exhausted, don’t worry, you’ll get there.
Being at a point where you feel insufficient, incapable, and indecisive is terrible. Even suffering from physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion can make you unenthusiastic about anything. Let alone if you are at a breaking point with all three.

Prayer for Emotional Strength
Dear Heavenly Father,
I’ve reached my emotional breaking point. I am full of doubt, despair, and anxiety. I’m dissatisfied and don’t know where to turn.
I pray to ask you for emotional strength. Please give me trust, joy, and excitement so I can be lifted from this dark place and become the person you created me to be.
Please be with me and give me comfort and fill my heart with your goodness.

Loving Father,
I have reached a mental overwhelm with everything in my head. I am struggling to remember, I feel as though my brain is going half speed and I can’t even make sense of minor things.
Give me mental strength so I can comprehend things that are constantly thrown at me. Please give me the capacity to memorize important material and recall it quickly. Also give me the ability to distinguish between things so that I make good choices and learn quickly.
Father I ask that you be with me, constantly giving me knowledge so I am wiser, smarter, and more prepared.

Almighty God,
My body is broken. I’m hurting from injury, sickness, and fatigue.

Dear Gracious Father,
You’ve given us so much. You pour out your blessings all around us and we’re grateful.
Right now I want to lift up the person reading this prayer. God I pray that you heal them where they are sick, fill them where they are empty, and be a friend to them in all the ways they feel lonely.
I pray for their weaknesses Lord, and ask that you give them strength. Pick them up and be with them as they carry on through today. Bless them and guide them so they would do things that honor you. Bless them and keep them and give them peace.
