This prayer for peace of mind asks god to relieve anxiety and stress,
and grant a clarity of mind to feel at ease in one’s life. Say it in the morning
or evening on a daily basis until you feel at peace.
Also, one of the best prayers for anxiety is the famous Serenity Prayer.
If you’re not familiar with this prayer, I highly recommend it.
A Prayer for Peace of Mind
Almighty God, We bless you for our lives,
we give you praise for your abundant mercy and grace
we receive. We thank you for your faithfulness even
though we are not that faithful to you.
Lord Jesus, we ask you to give us all around
peace in our mind, body, soul and spirit.
We want you to heal and remove everything that is
causing stress, grief, and sorrow in our lives.
Please guide our path through life and make our
enemies be at peace with us. Let your peace reign in our family,
at our place of work, businesses and everything we lay our hands on.
Let your angels of peace go ahead of us when we go out
and stay by our side when we return. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
A Prayer to Heal Stress
Heavenly Father, please grant me peace of mind
and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like
a turbulent sea. I can’t seem to find my balance
so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the
strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose
and walk the path you’ve laid out for me. I trust
your Love God, and know that you will heal this stress.
Just as the sun rises each day against the dark of
night. Please bring me clarity with the light of God.
In your name I pray, Amen.

O Everlasting Father, thank you for peace of mind, for peace that remains and abides with us forever.
Just as your son, Jesus Christ was able to find peace in the midst of the storm, even so dear Father, you have given us your peace, that we too can find rest in the midst of our storms.
Your peace is enduring and steadfast, from your Holy Spirit within us. We shall not fear, for you are with us always.
Isaiah 53:5 But for our transgressions, he was wounded. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
O Jehovah Shalom, thank you Lord, that our feet are securely planted and we shall not be moved from your ways. Thank you that your peace will only increase, as we walk with you through this world.
Denouncing the lies of the Enemy
Father, right now we speak to the roots of fear, which are guilt, shame and condemnation. By the blood of your son Jesus Christ, we have been forgiven of all sins, past, present and future! We are forgiven in your sight.
We denounce the lies of the enemy that accuse us that we are not right in your sight. Because of the blood of Jesus, we can be fully confident to come boldly into your presence, not in our own righteousness, but in the righteousness of your son.
We confess and believe in your word, where you said there is therefore now, no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. So we renounce those lies. We put our faith in the blood of Jesus, to know that we are not guilty, not broken and not condemned by you!

The Storms coming against our lives
In the name of Jesus Christ, we speak to the Storms coming against our lives, and say, “Peace be still!” We command all torment and fear to go, now! We release the kingdom of God over our hearts and minds. The peace of God steadies our emotions.
All those who suffer from panic attacks and anxiety, we declare your power was broken on the cross, 2000 years ago. We declare that Jesus Christ bore the chastisement of our peace upon himself, that we would not be afflicted by fear!
Every emotional chain that hold the people of God in bondage, we command it to fall to the ground Now! Every device and weapon of the enemy, we command it to come to nothing, now!
Thank you Father, for the victory over our emotions and soul, given to us at the cross, where Jesus crushed the head of Satan with such force, it bruised his heal!
Thank you Father that we can walk free of fear, in your abiding peace, all the days of our lives.

Do you remember the struggles of David?
He went through countless ups and downs in his journey with God. David was called by God to be King, but before that he had to endure persecution and hardship. Eventually, he became King, and everyone knows that his rule wasn’t without troubles and controversy.
As David grew older, and looked back, he recognized that his hope was in God and that peace can be found only in Him (Psalm 4:8). And therefore, he relied on God to help him through every tough situation.
Just like David, our lives have ups and downs, good and bad days. We face financial problems, illness and pain, frustration and hurt, vulnerability and limitations, loss of loved ones, and above all, an unknown future. Oh, life gets messy sometimes.
Maybe today, you don’t have personal peace. You don’t have peace about your past, your present or your future. You don’t have peace in your family, your marriage or at your workplace. Do you have giants to defeat, mountains that need to be moved, powers and principalities to fight?
Know that, like David, you too can be an overcomer by depending on God for all your needs.
Put on the whole armor of God, take the name of Jesus, take the blood of the cross and fight the good fight.
How do you fight?
By using the power of prayer and the power of God’s Word. Victory is the only objective of the fight. Know that nothing is impossible to those that believe. You and God are the majority in any battle and you are guaranteed to be the champion of every fight.
Here’s a list of 30 amazing Bible verses about peace and comfort to help you understand that you can trust God and find peace in the midst of the chaos.
1. Psalm 46:10
Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth.2. Exodus 14:13
Moses said to the people, “Don’t be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today: for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall never see them again.”3. Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.4. Isaiah 40:31
But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.5. Matthew 11:28-30
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.6. Psalm 62:8
Trust in Him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us.7. Isaiah 41:10
Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.8. 1 Peter 5:6-7
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.9. Psalm 55:22
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.10. Psalm 62:5-7
My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken. With God is my salvation and my honor. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.Pin Image

Some days, life is just hard. The days look dark. Uncertain times and stress mount high. An unexpected diagnosis or devastating loss can feel too difficult to face.
Though we may realize our faith is most strengthened, not in the easy times of life, but in the most trying, it’s often hard to walk that out once we’re swirling in the midst of it all. We long for carefree days, yet sometimes, God takes our hand and leads us straight into the darkest of times. Not to harm us, ever. But to bring greater strength, character, trust, beauty, and perseverance to the deepest part of our souls.
His desire for us in this life is to ultimately make us more like Him. To have a relationship with us. He will not leave us sitting in dark days but will walk with us through until we come out on the other side. Changed. Stronger. Renewed. With great purpose.
For those who need fresh hope today…you are not alone.
You are never forgotten.
He is with you.
Every step of the way.

“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Cor 12:9
Know that He loves you, He cares about what you’re walking through, every single thing. And He hasn’t left you, not ever. Praying that you’ll have a fresh glimpse of His Presence as He’s bringing you through, to the other side of the grief.
There’s more in store…He has good for you…and whispers hope.
A Prayer for When You’re Hurting
Dear God,
Some days feel too hard. We’re hurting. Struggling. Fighting fear and worry at every turn. Thank you in the midst of it all, you haven’t left us to fend for ourselves. Forgive us for doubting you are there. Forgive us for thinking you’ve forgotten. Forgive us for believing we somehow know the better way.
You are fully trustworthy. You are All-Powerful. You are Able. You are Lord over every situation no matter how difficult it may seem. You are Healer and will never waste the grief we carry today. You will use all things for good in some way. Anything is possible with you. Nothing is too difficult for you.
We pray for those who grieve today. We ask for your comfort to surround those who weep. We pray for the peace of your presence to cover our minds and thoughts, as you remind us, the enemy can never steal us out of your hands. He never has the final say over our lives. We are kept safe in your presence forever, whether in life or in death.
We thank you that your ways are higher than our ways and your thoughts are bigger than our thoughts.
We lay it all down at your feet, every burden, every care. Believing that is the safest place for it to be.
We love you, Lord, we need your fresh grace.
In the Powerful Name of Jesus,
Amen.
