Pastor, Evangelist, Teacher, Speaker, Counselor, Intercessor and Prayer Warrior… Dr. Spears is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Finician Pettway, a native of Mobile, Alabama. She moved to Detroit, Michigan in 1966 after completing her high school education at R.B. Hudson High School in Selma, Alabama. Dr. Spears continued r education in Detroit, Michigan, receiving minor degrees in Nursing and Mental Health from Wayne County Community and Mercy College.
Dr. Spears was called by God according to His purpose, plan, providence and power, and and has ordered her steps according to His word. She received her ordination for Evangelism on April 6,2003 while serving under the leadership of Pastor Larry and Sylvia Jordan of Family Victory Fellowship, Southfield, Michigan.
Dr. Spears was presented the Genesis Award on October 7, 2002 for her faithfulness and dedication while hosting a radio broadcast for three and one-half years (Christian Musical Radio) Pontiac, Michigan.
Dr. Spears attended Destiny School of Ministry in Roseville, Michigan where she received a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctor of Ministry Degrees in Theology.
Dr. Spears has a passion for winning lost souls, and has traveled extensively in and out of state to fulfill the great commission. She has a shepherd’s heart and embraces new strategies to win lost souls to Christ. She believes that shepherds can better serve and meet the needs of God’s people by keeping
themselves spiritually fit. Pastors must give themselves totally to the word of God, and must demonstrate a life of prayer and fasting. They must never forget that they themselves are sheep and are in need of a shepherd.
Dr. Spears is the Founder and Pastor of Prayer for Deliverance Ministry, Pontiac, Michigan under the auspices of overseer Apostle Fred and Kathleen Harris (Church of the Risen Christ International) Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Spears’ life has been deeply enriched by a beautiful, loving and spiritual family. She is married to Minister Bobby Spears and lives in Southfield, Michigan with her husband and son, Bobby Spears, Jr.

I bind the strong man over this temple in the name of Jesus Christ. I plead the blood of Jesus against or on anything ________has touched, is touching or will touch. I bind all outside demonic activity and all the forces of evil in, around, about, beneath and outside __________ that would try to interfere including principalities, powers and rulers of darkness, forces of spiritual wickedness, spirits of distraction, deception, confusion, repression, witchcraft, strife, stress and competition.
I bind the carnal and passive mind of __________ and command it to cease and be shut down in Jesus Christ’s name. We refuse the carnal and passive mind from interfering in any way. I command those voices of evil spirits to be silenced. I bind and forbid them from communicating with each other and with the outside spirit world. I bind the forces of evil from this room and from having any knowledge of what is or what will take place in these rooms. I bind and break the power and effects of all doorkeepers and gatekeepers in Jesus’ name be gone. In the name of Jesus, I claim absolution for __________ from all negative schemes that have heretofore been set in perpetual motion such as bottomless holes, endless needs, repeated conditions, problems without end, and mazes.
I command that Satan’s legal rights over __________ be broken, and that all back up systems be destroyed. I command there to be a purging and healing of __________ spiritual being; a purging and healing of __________ physical being. I direct the healing lights of the Holy Spirit to the source of each physical problem. I command a purging and a healing of all relationships; a purging and a healing of __________ personal ministry and a purging and a healing of __________ material being. In Jesus’ name, Father sever any demonic link between ________’s soul and spirit and we ask you to completely cleanse, purify and sanctify this spirit.
Father, we actively will __________ soul to you. All evil human spirits be bound, be gone and cast out. All human occult evil spirits be bound, your power and effects of ___________ life are broken. I forbid the forces of evil to use any human spirits against __________. I take authority over the blood line and bind and break any negative transfer from __________ ancestors and all spirits of iniquity passed down from the third and fourth to the twentieth generation since the time of conception within the womb. I break the lines of inheritance in __________ life. We come against all inherited demons in Jesus Christ’s name and say be gone in ___________ life. In the name of Jesus, I destroy every legal hold and I renounce and withdraw all legal ground that Satan and his demons and devils feel they have in __________ life. I bind and break the power and effects of all demonic curses, spells, incantations, blessings of evil, bewitchments, enchantments, hexes, cult and occult transfer; all evil effects of sins, all physical transfer, all spirits passed down, all soul ties, evil oaths, commitments, vows put upon __________ and __________ children because of disobedience and the disobedience of ___________ ancestors and family in the name of Jesus.
Father, in the name of Jesus, I come against all former marriages and previous negative unions and break the influence of the present effects it has on the life of __________. Father, in Jesus Christ’s name, I erase all negative suggestions and attitudes recorded in the conscious and subconscious mind of _________ I deprogram and break every evil program, negative evil tendency and pattern in _________ I destroy all support and supply spirits and evil networks and past effects in Jesus name. Hypnotic trances, damnations, grinders, puppet strings, evil seedpods, pressures, contracts, hindrances, blockages, fogs, jinxes, false burdens, pulsators and auras into the abyss. In Jesus name, we loose __________ bands of wickedness, undo heavy burdens and let ___________ oppressions go free and break __________ every yoke.
I break the core of evil and I break the fleshly carnal will and every evil desire in Jesus name, over, about, on, or within _________ I command the carnal mind to be silenced, in Jesus name. I command all evil claws, oppressions, barriers, bondages, strings, grudges, stumbling blocks, evil alliances, evil eyes, camouflages, molds, stigmas, bands, yokes, traps, walls, entrapments, mood swings, blinders, masks and plagues in Jesus name to be broken and into the abyss. We pray over the spirit, soul, body, mind, will], emotions, memories, and heart of__________ hi the name of Jesus, I come against words, predictions, power of words, I bind the words, the fear and results of hearing the words.
In the name of Jesus, I close all cult, and occultic and psychic doors and seal them with the blood of Jesus and cut free from all commitments previously made to satan or to cult or occultic societies, knowingly or unknowingly. In the name of Jesus, I bind and break the power and effect of every evil unpleasant memory and every evil word spoken to or over ___________ since conception. I bind and break the power and effects of every evil prayer to or over _________ since conception.
I ask you Lord Jesus to begin to heal all hurts and wounds caused by _________ own sins, all hurts and wounds caused by others, all hurts and wounds caused by ancestral transfer, all hurts and wounds caused by spiritual warfare, all hurts and wounds caused by idolatry, decisions, and wicked works, in the spirit, soul, body, mind, will, emotions, heart and memories by the blood of Jesus, the name of Jesus and the healing balm of Gilead: I command __________ to be sutured and healed in Jesus name. Now, Father, 11 ask you to send your Holy Spirit and angels to gather together and restore to its proper place all the pieces of ___________ fragmented mind, _______ fragmented will, and _______ fragmented emotions, and _______ fragmented memories and soul Bring them into proper original and perfect positions as you planned them to be. Step 1: Confess sins then renounce pride and self-centeredness
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus,
I believe that Jesus died on the cross to take my sins and rose again from the dead. I confess all my sins and repent. Vengeance belongs to you God, not me. I forgive everyone who has hurt me and pray for their souls.
In Jesus’ name, I transfer all pain, betrayal, rejection, abuse, trauma, shame, guilt and abandonment to the cross of Jesus Christ. I let go of all anger, resentment, hatred, thoughts of revenge and every malicious thought.
Father, as I forgive them, please forgive me. I know that pride is an abomination to you. I renounce pride, rebellion, disobedience, stubbornness and self-centredness. I humble myself and come to You as a humble person and ask for forgiveness and deliverance, I know You are the source of all things good, and I turn my will and life over to Your care, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Step 2: Breaking all the curses
In the name of Jesus Christ,
I break and loose myself and my family from all curses caused by habits, charms, hexes, spells, jinxes, psychic powers, sorcery, witchcraft, love potions, psychic prayers, violence, trauma, physical bondages, mental bondages, incest, illegitimacy, abandonment, rejection and divination, in the family on the mother and father’s side going all the way back to Adam and Eve.
I break and loose myself and my family from any vows I made; from any person or any occult or psychic sources, and any demons coming through the bloodlines. I cancel all invitations made to unclean spirits.
I break and renounce all evil soul ties that I have ever had with (lodges, fraternities, sexual partners, close friends, relatives, engagements, cults, occult objects, dolls, figurines, junk food, cigarettes, drugs, movies, anime, TV shows, computer games, gambling, porn, masturbation, fornication and secular music). I renounce all these ties and declare them destroyed in the name of Jesus.
I renounce, break and loose myself and family from all other religions, especially Roman Catholicism /Hinduism /Islam /Buddhism /Mormonism /Jehovah’s Witness /New Age /Atheism and other religions. I also renounce unbelief, doubt, lies, fear, hatred and anger. I bind and cast out all related spirits.
I renounce, break and loose myself from all demonic subjection to my parents or any human being, living or dead, who has dominated me in any way against the will of God. Thank you for setting me free.
I command satan, to loose all natural resources, land, animals, money, the finances of people who owe us money, and all the things you have stolen from my family that are ours through the blessings of Jesus. Father, please send Your angels to bring these things back to us. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
Step 3: Bind and cast out the demons
Through the blood of Jesus,
I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil and all my sins are forgiven. The blood of Jesus Christ, cleanses me from all sins. I am justified and made righteous, just as if I had never sinned. I am set apart for God. My body is a temple for the Holy Spirit, redeemed and cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
I belong to Jesus now, body, soul and spirit. His blood protects me against all evil. Satan has no more power over me, no more place inside of me. I renounce all evil spirits completely and declare them to be my enemies. Jesus said: “And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils: ….” (Mark 16:17). I am a believer, and in the name of Jesus Christ, I exercise my authority and expel all evil spirits. I command them to leave, according to the Word of God and in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Step 4: Protection prayers for you who are the body of Christ
Dear Father,
Please make me a humble servant of people like Jesus Christ. I will push myself down, so that you God can lift me up. Remove my human understanding and wisdom and fill me with your wisdom and understanding. I’m a worm before you, Lord. In accordance with your word, my righteousness is as filthy rags. I can’t do good without you. Please have mercy upon me and help me change day by day to become more like Jesus Christ.
I ask that you please send your ministering spirits to protect your people; and all people and animals that would be sacrificed or cursed by occult practices.
In the name of Jesus, I loose legions upon legions of angels to warfare, restore souls, protect believers, stop us from believing and agreeing with lies and release breakthrough upon myself, my family, friends and the world in the name of Jesus.
I loose the Holy Spirit who is the spirit of understanding and wisdom, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and fear of God, and the spirit of adoption upon myself, family and the world. I invite your Holy Spirit who is the spirit of power, of love, and of sound mind against the spirit of fear.
Father, please pour out your Holy Spirit to convict the world of sins and to soften hearts to see truth. Above all, I pray for your will, Father, to be done on earth even as it is done in heaven. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Prayers
|
Prayer is all we have.
People have different kind of problems in life. Maybe you are suffering from constant sicknesses that you don’t even understand. Or it may be one of your family members who has an addiction to drugs or alcohol. In short, there are so many kinds of problems or situations that you want to be delivered from. You may have tried many other ways including hospitals or even witchdoctors but you have never been delivered. Well, God can deliver you from all kind of situations or diseases only if you make a prayer for deliverance to Him. There is no power or disease or any situation that is above the power of God. If you can only believe and make an honest faithful prayer to God, then be sure to be delivered from anything you are suffering from. Since God created all diseases, then He can also cure them, if he wants.
Can anyone offer a prayer for deliverance?
There are many types of prayers. Some prayers require more than the intervention of just one person. Although anyone can pray for anything, some people prefer being prayed for by other people whom they consider to have more faith than them or they are closer to God than they are. For instance a prayer that requires to deliver someone from a particular demon or demons. This sometimes may require the intervention of a special Rabbi or religious leader. If you have a situation in life that has bothered you for a long time, maybe you have even prayed for deliverance from it and nothing has changed, it is important to seek support in form of prayer as well.
When many people join hands in prayer over a certain situation, there is a high likely that there will be a breakthrough. This also a cording to the Bible where God says that the prayers of the righteous has a lot of impact. For example if your children are addicted to drugs or some family inherited disease, you can call upon friends or other people to pray with you for deliverance of the same. Prayer for deliverance is important because some aspects in your life may be as a result of your past generation. For example you may have inherited a spirit of alcoholism or cancer or anything bad from your great grandparent. The only way to cut this link is to seek total deliverance from God through prayer.
God’s Power can deliver you from anything
There is no power that is above that of God. Therefore if anyone approaches God in the right manner there is no doubt that he/she will be delivered from whatever situation they want to be delivered from. God promised that He will heal us from all our diseases and deliver us from all difficult situations, if its good for us. And since He is a faithful God, He will always be ready to fulfill His promises provided that when you go to pray you have enough faith that you will be delivered. Prayer must be done on a daily basis. Never stop praying, because sometimes God wants to see if you really want it. We need to understand that we don’t understand anything of Gods ways. Sometimes something that looks bad is really good and sometimes something that looks good is really bad. For example, How many people wanted to win the lottery, they thought it’s the best thing for them. And statistics show that more than 90% of people that win the lottery got into a worst situation than they were before. We need to know that not whatever looks good, is good and not whatever looks bad is bad. So Keep praying to God don’t lose faith and leave the rest up to him.
