Prayer for help at work

Hello I was wondering if you could help with my situation at work. Basically, what happened was I made legitimate complaints about the poor performance of other workers and my bosses at work. After that occurred, they attempted to retaliate, and discriminate against me, by making complaints that were not legitimate. The people that I complained about were basically, just rewarded for the vessels their souls incarnated into, and not the merit of their work. So I was wondering if you could help in any way that you can, with your prayers to diffuse this situation.

I just want nice quiet days at work, so I can save money, and quit my job eventually. I suppose every party handled the situation poorly, but I did not deserve the treatment I received, especially when my complaints at work were 100% legitimate.

Lord’s Guidance To Success

JEHOVAH GOD, our LORD who holds ALL matters of life in His Hands, grant us success in whatever work or business with which You have Blessed us. Help us to give these tools of our trade the careful thought and the strict attention that will lead to Success.

LORD, watch over us and govern our actions, that we may not mar the perfection of Your Plans for us. Show us how to give our very best. Let us not hate the hard work and diligence that is necessary to complete our success.

Blessings in the Workplace

Almighty Father, even if our supervisors, managers, employees or even our customers, are creating chaos and mayhem in our place of employ or business, let us continue performing, as if we are working directly unto You, with cheerful hearts.

Let every challenging duty come to us, as if it is coming directly from You. Father, give us the blessings of Your Divine help and guidance, and suffer us not to fail. LORD, let us remember You when we receive the fruit of our success.

We will bless You with Your tithes and offerings, as it is You who gave us the power to succeed. In JESUS’ Majestic and Mighty name we pray… AMEN!!!

Isn’t it true that you spend more time offering prayers for help from God than in any other type of prayer? I know that is the case with me, as much as I do not like to admit it. I am so thankful that we have a Heavenly Father who is full of mercy and grace and we can count on the fact that He will always answer our prayers for help. We can cry out to Him in our time of need and He will rescue us. Though sometimes it seems like He will never answer or does not hear, God is still on the throne and available and willing to listen to our prayers for help. Ask for help and then be still and know that He is God and will act in His time. Gideon’s Prayer for Help – A Sign from the Lord

Judges 6:36-37, 39  “If you will save Israel by my hand, as you have said, 37 behold, I am laying a fleece of wool on the threshing floor. Dear Father,

I lift up my husband and his job up to you. I ask that you be with him while he is at work, and bless his efforts. Give him strength, patience, and wisdom in the situations he faces and the tasks he completes. I pray he feels Your nearness and your peace each day.

When he feels stress or is overwhelmed with anxiousness, I pray You calm him and give him peace. When he feels like the pressure is too much, let him lean into You and find rest. I know you love him and have good things in mind for him. In spite of the difficulties he faces each day, You are there.

Thank you for the blessing of a job. Thank you for his willingness to serve You and provide for his family. Help us to be good stewards of the many blessings in our lives. Guide my husband in all decisions, and develop his skills as he continues to work hard. When he encounters failure, help him to see your grace. When he makes mistakes, draw him close with your kindness and forgiveness. He has so much to offer and has many talents, but I pray it would all be done for your Glory. Help us to look for ways to bless others with our time and resources.

I ask that you protect him from harm. Surround him, lift him up, and keep his eyes on you each day. Help him to excel and enjoy the success that comes from hard work, without overdoing things. Help him to balance his time between work, spending time with his family, and most of all seeking You. Bless the relationships he forms at his workplace, including co workers, friends, and those he interacts with regularly.

I pray his boss will appreciate his efforts. Help my husband to persevere with joy, knowing that it’s all for You. When he is tired, frustrated, and wants to give up, remind him of Your great love for him. Let my husband recall your promise to never leave him. I pray he feels your presence each day.
