Almighty God, maker of Heaven and earth – I come before you today and I give You all the praise and glory.
I pray for your forgiveness upon us as we are not always perfect in the things we do every day.
I thank you for the many things You have done in our lives. I thank You for Your mercy and grace, Your teachings, I thank You for Your endless love and I thank You for Your blessings which is poured out everyday upon each and every living soul on this land.
I also thank You for the special gift you have given to us and that is the gift of sharing the love between a man and a woman.
Lord I pray that you keep my girlfriend safe, and most importantly I pray that she stops seeing other men and to be faithful to only me as I love her so much.
Please Lord help her change, and I pray for these other men to also be faithful to their wives and stop seeing my girlfriend anymore.
This my prayer to you Heavenly Father, please help me.
In Jesus mighty name I offer my prayer.
Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I’m coming to you today because my faith needs strengthening. Thank you for always being faithful to me even when I am unfaithful. I know that faithfulness is the belief in something without proof. To be honest, I feel as though at times I have had the faith of the mustard seed and the mountain never moved. I don’t know how to reconcile my faith with my unanswered prayers. I don’t know how to remain faithful when the thing I’ve prayed for never came. Teach me what it means to have an unwavering faith. Show me how to reconcile my faith with the prayers that have never come to fruition. Help increase my faith. I don’t even know what that means or how it looks, but I know you do. Whatever it is I need to have bigger faith please help me receive. Touch my heart. Forgive my mind. Lead me to a place of faithfulness.
In Jesus Name, Amen

A Prayer for A Faithful Heart
By: Alistair Begg
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. – Micah 6:8
Faith is triumphant in trial. When reason has her feet fastened in the stocks of the inner prison, faith makes the dungeon walls ring with her happy notes as she cries, “I will sing of steadfast love and justice; to you, O LORD, I will make music.” Faith pulls the dark mask from the face of trouble and discovers the angel beneath. Faith looks up at the cloud and sees that:
“It is big with mercy and will break
In blessings on her head.”
There is a subject for song even in the judgments of God toward us. For, first, the trial is not as difficult as it might have been; next, the trouble is not as severe as we deserved; and our affliction is not as crushing as the burden that others have to carry. Faith sees that in her deepest sorrow there is no punishment. There is not a drop of God’s wrath in it; it is all sent in love. Faith finds love gleaming like a jewel on the breast of an angry God. Faith wears her grief “like a badge of honor” and sings of the sweet result of her sorrows, because they work for her spiritual good. Faith says, “For this slight momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison.” So faith rides out in victory, trampling down earthly wisdom and carnal knowledge, and singing songs of triumph where the battle rages.
All I meet I find assists me
In my path to heavenly joy:
Where, though trials now attend me,
Trials never more annoy.
Blest there with a weight of glory,
Still the path I’ll not forget,
But, exulting, cry, it led me
To my blessed Savior’s seat.
Prayer: Dear Lord, not matter what trials await us tomorrow, may we never forget the blessings you have shown us. Help me cling to you as my anchor. Help me remember your steadfast love and faithfulness for me in all things. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
