Dear God,
Thank you for all the blessings you have favoured upon me and my family. My littlest child, Sze Ning, is now ill with cough, cold and a persistent fever for the past five days. Kindly look upon her with you merciful eyes, and heal her back to health again, and make her the happy baby she was and still is. Please strengthen her lungs, and make her body an impermeable fortress to all things that are not from you.
I beg for your mercy on us, and pray that you forgive all your transgressions. Please listen with kindness to your servant’s humble request, make my baby well again, and bless my family with great health. Let us not forget your faithfulness, and live our lives for the glory of your name alone.
I ask this in Your only son, Jesus’s most precious name. Amen.
